The following tips are provided in order to help you plan your trip when attending one of our training seminars. All 2008 seminars are scheduled to be held at ECi La Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin unless otherwise noted. See details below regarding airport destination and available lodging.
Please verify the day your flight needs to be booked with your travel agent. Try reserving your flight without actually booking it up front. In most situations, you can reserve a flight and lock into a specific rate, which will hold the flight until 14 days before the date. This will help to prevent incurring penalties due to cancellation or changing flights.

Please verify the time you must check into your hotel on the day of arrival. Most hotels will allow you to check in as late as 6:00 PM on the day of arrival without the risk of losing your reservation.
From I-90 traveling west, take Exit 3 going south into La Crosse, Rose Street. If you are traveling east on I-90, take Exit 3A going south into La Crosse. Rose Street will eventually become 3rd Street.
Continue going south for 3 miles on Rose/3rd Street until you reach the stop light at the corner of 3rd and Main.
Turn right onto Main Street, and go one block to Powell Place on the corner of 2nd and Main.
ECi La Crosse is located on the 2nd floor of Powell Place. Please use the 2nd Street entrance.
Parking: You will mostly likely be staying at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites. The Holiday Inn parking ramp entrance is located on Jay Street next to Holiday Inn, which is 2 blocks south of Main Street. 2-hour parking is also available on Main Street and 2nd Street between the hours of 8 AM–5 PM Monday through Friday.
