Nextgen Credit Card Processing is an additional feature for La Crosse Nextgen that allows you to process secure credit card transactions directly through the Order system in Nextgen. Using ICVerify or X-Charge, you have the capability to store credit card information per customer contact in a secure encrypted format. Simply choose the settlement terms code CC, then select your customer contact, and your invoice is created as a paid invoice with all proper accounting performed real time. This is a fantastic time saver, and provides a huge cash flow benefit to your company.
