Nextgen Main Menu The Nextgen main menu allows you to easily access any grid or panel in the system. Windows Functionality Nextgen is fully graphical, not a graphical wrapper. All screens, panels, and grids are completely Windows-based.

Service Grid The Service Grid allows you to easily add, change, or view service records, as well as perform a variety of service functions.

Add Service Call The Add Service Call panel allows you to enter specific service call information, such as contact, problem code, call type, comments, and extended service messages.

Orders Grid The Orders Grid allows you to easily add, change, or view order header and order detail records, as well as perform a variety of order functions. Add Order panel The Add Order panel allows you to enter specific order header information, such as contact, warehouse, order date, ship via, ship to address, bill to address, amount, and status.

Add Order Detail panel The Order Detail panel allows you to enter specific order detail information, such as item, warehouse, quantity, cost, sales rep, quantity on hand, quantity available, and linked item and serial.
