The applicant will be responsible for Crystal Report development and support. Duties will also include developing crystal reports for web applications and Microsoft SQL script writing. Requirements are a 2 or 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in Business Objects Crystal Reports version 11 or lower is required. The selected applicant will provide technical support as needed and keep customers apprised of progress and problem status. You may also assess customer training needs, develop training materials and deliver training and support. They will often work with customers to solve business problems using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft SQL Query Analyzer, Microsoft Excel, and Business Objects Crystal Reports.
